How to Connect

Hello Valued Supplier,

IRT is changing the way it manages the supply of all goods and services it receives.

Our continued growth (over 2,000 employees and  40 sites) now justifies a centralised, one-stop supplier control system.  Apart from improved administrative efficiency for both parties, it is important we minimise the risks and liabilities that characterise the retirement industry by ensuring all suppliers are compliant with our requirements.

We've chosen an online portal system designed by DecisionMAX to capture this information.

There is no cost to you other than the initial set up administration time.

By working with you, the initial set up 'pain' will be short and the longer term benefits will help us both.

Your participation in providing the necessary information to us and 'getting it right the first time' will give you increased visibility to all sectors of our business.   This may open up more sales opportunities for you.

After an initial set up period (during which we will be staging the addition of suppliers), suppliers who are not registered with our IRT Supply Portal will not be approved for use by our business.

Following this communication an email will be sent to you with your portal login details. See below the steps to join the IRT family of suppliers.

Complete all steps to update your company information.

 


Click on Change Password, found on your Home page.

Set your Secret Question. You can also change your password here. 

Click Save when you are finished
